Epic peach and burrata salad recipe! INGREDIENTS 4 peaches, quartered 1 tbsp olive oil 90g rocket 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 balls of burrata, torn into pieces 6 slices of Parma ham Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper For the pesto: 15g pine nuts, plus extra for serving Handful of basil, roughly chopped 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 10g Parmesan, finely grated Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper METHOD 1. Drizzle the peaches with olive oil and toss to combine. Place a griddle pan onto a medium-high heat and grill the peaches on all sides until char marks appear. Set aside to cool slightly. 2. To make the pesto, place the pine nuts into a small pan and toast over medium heat until they have browned slightly, stirring occasionally. Tip onto a plate to cool. 3. Using a food processor or hand blender, blitz together the basil, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pine nuts. Stir in the Parmesan and season to taste. 4. Toss the rocket with the vinegar and oil until fully coated then spread out on a serving plate. 5. Top with the grilled peaches, torn burrata and slices of Parma ham. Dollop the pesto all over, sprinkle over some extra pine nuts and serve! Grilled Peach Burrata Salad 📕Recipe here ❂ Ingredients: 1 peach, cut into slices 1/4 white onion, cut into thin strips Cherry tomatoes , halved 2 cups arugula 4 slices of prosciutto 1 ball of burrata cheese Basil oil Salt and pepper to taste Balsamic glaze for drizzling ❂ Cooking process: Grill the Peaches: – Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. – Brush the peach slices lightly with olive oil. – Place the peach slices on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until they have nice grill marks. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool slightly. Prepare the Salad: – On a large plate, lay out the sliced tomatoes and white onion strips. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with basil oil. Then, add the arugula. – Tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces and add them to the plate. Assemble the Salad: – Once the grilled peach slices have cooled, add them to the salad. – Tear the burrata cheese into smaller pieces and place them on top of the salad. Dress the Salad: – Drizzle the salad with basil oil. – Season with salt and pepper to taste. – Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of the salad. Za ovaj viralan recept potrebno vam je nekoliko sastojaka: rukola, breskve, pršut, domaći pesto, pinjoli i začini poput maslinovog ulja i aceta balsamica. Od svih navedenih sastojaka jedino je potrebno breskve staviti na grill tavu, dok ostale sastojke morate samo posložiti i spremni ste!

Prvu stvar koju trebale napraviti je narezati breskve na kriške i postaviti ih na gril tavu s jedne i druge strane na nekoliko minuta. U tom razdoblju u zdjelu stavite rukolu, začinite je uz maslinovo ulje, sol i aceto balsamico. Rukolu premjestite na ravan pladanj i rasporedite je duž njega, a zatim na nju postavite prethodno grilane breskve. Na svaki komad grilane breskve stavite manju krišku pršuta i zatim burratu, na koju potom stavite malu žlicu pesta. U konačnici, po cijeloj salati posipajte pinjole i dovršite je uz nekoliko kapi kreme od aceta balsamica.

Voilà – imate osvježavajuć i originalan ljetni ručak!

Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad 😍 Happy peach season, y’all! 🍑 One of my favorite ways to enjoy peaches is to grill them! They release so much delicious sweetness when grilled and go so well with salty prosciutto & creamy burrata. Find the full recipe below and on my site. You can find detailed instructions on how to make the prosciutto roses in the blog post as well! 4 peaches 4 2oz burrata balls 3 oz prosciutto 2 cups arugula 1 tbsp ghee melted 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil 2 tbsp balsamic glaze salt and pepper 1. Rinse peaches and cut peaches. If you are cooking the on a grill, cut the peaches into quarters, so they don’t fall through the grates. If you are cooking the peaches on a grill pan, you can cut the peaches into fifths.  2. Heat grill or grill pan to medium heat. Brush one side of each peach slice with ghee and place peaches ghee side down on the grill or pan. Grill peaches 3 minutes. Brush the other side with ghee, flip peaches and grill an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove peaches from grill or pan and allow to cool. 3. On large serving platter, spread arugula out into an even layer. Top arugula with peach slices. Split open the balls of burrata with your hands and place on platter amongst the grilled peaches. 4. Make prosciutto roses (see instructions in blog post) and place them in any gaps left on the platter between the peaches and burrata. Drizzle olive oil over each piece of burrata. Grind freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt over the burrata as well.  5.
